Meeplemart Offering Curb Side Pick Up

Local customers are currently able to pick up their orders outside our store. This is strictly for orders placed online. To place a pick up order, select pick up as your shipping option when checking out. (You must fill out all your billing information before this option appears as it is only available to people located in Ontario). You must wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick before attempting to do so. (This is NOT the same email as your order confirmation email.)

Pick up hours:
Tuesday- Saturday: 12pm-6pm

Instructions upon arrival to pick up your order:
• Do not enter the building or block doorway.
• Call 416-583-2121. If nobody answers, wait a couple of minutes and try again. Do not enter the building.
• You MUST have your order number(s) and email address ready to give over the phone.
• Please wait outside with your ID ready to show, until we bring your order to the door. Do NOT enter the building.

Customers will not be allowed in the store or to make any purchases at the store.

We are also still shipping out orders via our online store.

Due to the risk of infection, we will no longer be able to accept returns for any products purchased. Until updated otherwise, all sales are now final.

Please do not email or call the store if you order has not shown up on the exact day it was scheduled to arrive. Canada Post is no longer guaranteeing delivery dates. Please wait at least 2 weeks longer until contacting us regarding a missing package.
